In doing so, we follow a clear complaint procedure where we handle your complaint in confidence. Below are the steps you can follow if you are not satisfied.

In doing so, we follow a clear complaint procedure where we handle your complaint in confidence. Below are the steps you can follow if you are not satisfied.

If you are still not satisfied after talking to the staff member, you can file a formal complaint, with our independent complaints officer. For this we are affiliated with  www.klachtenportaalzorg.nl. This site describes the further procedure and steps.

To properly resolve a complaint, it is necessary for your medical record to be viewed by your practitioner or medical director. If you do not want this, it is important to indicate this. Naturally, all information will be treated confidentially. All employees of SK.nl have a duty of confidentiality.

Filing a complaint with Sterilization-Clinic.com is free of charge. However, if you refer your complaint to the Disputes Committee, this will incur a cost of €52,50 (2024). If you are found to be in the right by the disputes committee, this amount will be refunded to you. Any costs you incur for legal assistance will be at your own expense.

A complaint, no matter how unpleasant for you is a mirror for us to improve our care. All complaints and the improvement points resulting from them will be discussed periodically in our team (anonymously) and improvements will be implemented structurally in our organization
